We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, hospitality-minded and all around awesome people to join our team.  In particular, we are currently hiring for the following positions: 


KITCHEN MANAGER

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities concerning all BOH operations and personnel, including food prep, food quality, cost management, supervision of a small kitchen team, kitchen set-up, sanitation and safety. You will have had at least 2 years’ experience in this role.
CI$450-550/wk


Line Servers

You will be greeting guests and building their custom burritos, tacos etc. as they move down the serve line choosing from a variety of freshly made ingredients. In addition to being a hospitality rockstar you should also be reliable, charismatic and friendly. 
CI$6-7/hr


Line Cooks

You should have at least 2 years' kitchen experience and be able to execute menu items based on recipes. Your duties will include maintaining high standards of food quality, kitchen and personal cleanliness. 
CI$8-10/hr


Part-time Kitchen Assistant

You should be willing to work shift work. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, assisting with food preparation and some maintenance. On-island applicants only. 
CI$6/hr


Pay is commensurate on experience. Standard benefits will apply. All applicants must be able to work holidays, weekends and split shifts.
